- Candidates should have passed Matriculation examination from a recognised Board. With knowledge of Punjabi Language.
- Peon and Chowkidar:
- Candidates should have passed Middle Standard examination with knowledge of Punjabi Language.

- Candidates should reach their application form along with Self attested copies of necessary documents at the following address before or on the last date of application By Personally or Indian Post only.
DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED WITH THE APPLICATION
Copies of the following certificates should be sent along with the application. Original certificates should not be sent with the application.

- The post of Peon/Chowkidar are of the same nomenclature of Class-IV. The candidate selected for these posts can be posted as Peon, Chowkidar, Orderly, Mali, Waterman etc
