Stages of Selection

The IB JIO-II/Tech recruitment process 2025 will be conducted in three main stages:

Tier-I: Online Examination

• Mode: Computer-Based Test (CBT)
• Type: Objective Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
• Total Questions: 100
• Maximum Marks: 100
• Duration: 2 Hours
• Marking Scheme:
  • ¼ mark will be deducted for every wrong answer
  • No marks for unattempted questions

Exam Pattern Distribution:

• General Mental Ability – 25%
• Technical Section (as per essential qualification) – 75%

• Only those scoring above the cut-off in Tier-I will move to the next stage.

Tie-Breaking Rules:
In case of a tie in final marks, the following order of preference will apply:
