After ensuring the correctness of the details in the South Eastern Railway Apprentice 2023 application form, candidates are required to pay the RRC SER Apprentice application fee through the payment gateway on the South Eastern Railway (SER) website integrated with the online application. Online fee payment through Net Banking or debit / credit card will be available upto 28 December 2023 at 17.00 hrs.

RRC SER Apprentice Age Limit
Date of Birth filled by the candidate in the South Eastern Railway Apprentice 2023 online application form and the same recorded in the Matriculation/ Higher Examination Certificate will be accepted by the South Eastern Railway (SER) for determining the age and no subsequent request for change will be considered or granted.

RRC SER Apprentice Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates should have possess 10th class/ SSC (10+2 examination system) with 50% aggregate marks.
- ITI Certificate in relevant trade from any recognized Institution in India.

RRC SER Apprentice Selection Process
- Selection will be on the basis of merit list prepared (Trade-wise) in respect of all the candidates who apply against the RRC SER Apprentice notification in respective trades.
- The South Eastern Railway Apprentice merit list in each trade will be prepared percentage of marks obtained in Matriculation with minimum 50% (aggregate) marks.
- For the purpose of calculation of percentage of matriculation, marks obtained by the applicant in all subjects will be reckoned and not on the basis of marks of any subject or group of subjects.
- In case of two candidates having the same marks in merit, the candidate with older age shall be preferred.
- Shortlisted candidates, thus enlisted in respective trades, will be called for RRC SER Apprentice document verification to the extent of 1.5 times of the vacancies.
- A South Eastern Railway Apprentice final merit list will be prepared trade wise, community-wise equal to the number of slots in the descending order of percentage of marks obtained by the applicant, as stated above.
How to Apply for South Eastern Railway Apprentice 2023
South Eastern Railway Apprentice 2023 On-line Registration and Submission process will be terminated by 28 December 2023 at 17.00 hrs. Candidature of such applicants who fail to complete online submission of RRC SER Apprentice application form by stipulated date and time will not be considered and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
