Application Fees

After ensuring the correctness of the details in the NIOS Recruitment 2023 application form, candidates are required to pay the NIOS Group A, B and C application fee through the payment gateway on the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) website integrated with the online application. Online fee payment through Net Banking or debit / credit card will be available up to 21 December 2023 at 23.59 hrs.

The NIOS Recruitment 2023 fee payment can be made by using Debit card, Credit card and Net Banking etc. by providing information as per the instructions on your computer screen.

NIOS Group A, B and C Age Limit 2023

Date of Birth filled by the candidate in the NIOS Group A, B and C online application form and the same recorded in the Matriculation or equivalent/ Birth certificate will be accepted by the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) for determining the age and no subsequent request for change will be considered or granted. Deputy Director (Capacity Building Cell)

• 2nd Class Master’s Degree in any subject from a recognized university.
• Officers holding analogous post i.e. Level-12 or 5 years of regular and continuous service in Level-11.
• Experience of Organizing Training Programmes/Seminars/Workshops/ Conferences.
• Working knowledge of Hindi and English.
• Age Limit: 50 Years

Deputy Director (Academic)

• 2nd Class Master’s Degree in any subject from a recognized university.
• 5 years of regular service in the scale of Level-11 or 10 years of regular service in Level-10.
• Knowledge of computer operations.
• Experience in organization of Seminars, Conference and Orientation programmes for key personnel.
• Working knowledge of Hindi/English.
• Age Limit: 42 Years

Assistant Director (Administration)

• At least second class Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least 5 years of regular and continuous service in the scale of level 10 or 8 years continuous regular service in the scale of level 7.
• Organization of Seminars, Conferences and liaison with various Government/Non-Government Agencies.
• Working knowledge of Hindi/English.
• Working knowledge of computer operation.
• Age Limit: 37 Years

Academic Officer (Paramedical Courses/ Teacher Education/ Technology/ Computer Science)

• Master’s Degree or equivalent in relevant subject with at least 55% marks (B+) or its equivalent grade and good academic records.
• Working knowledge of Computer Operations.
• Knowledge of English and Hindi.
• Age Limit: 37 Years

Section Officer

• 2nd Class Graduate from a recognized University.
• At least 5 years of regular continuous service in the scale of Level-6 or 10 years of regular continuous service in the scale of Level-4.
• Knowledge of Central Government Office Procedure, Service Rules and Financial Rules.
• Knowledge of computer operations.
• Age Limit: 37 Years

Public Relation Officer

• 2nd class Master’s degree in any subject.
• Diploma in Public Relation and advertising/Mass communication/ Journalism. OR 5 years experience in Public Relation Department.
• Working knowledge of Hindi & English.

EDP Supervisor

• Bachelor’s degree with Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application/Hardware Engineering or its equivalent.
• 3 Years experience in programming and system Development.

Graphic Artist

• 2nd class Graduate with Diploma in Fine Arts.
• Certificate in Multimedia from a reputed Institution recognized by Department of Electronic.
• Proficiency in computer Animation/Preparation of Multimedia Packages.

Junior Engineer (Electrical)

• 03 Year diploma in Electrical Engineering/Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 03 Years professional experience in Electrical Engineering and maintenance work in officer.

• Age Limit: 30 Years

Assistant

• Senior Secondary from a recognized Board.
• Proficiency in office procedure, noting, drafting, knowledge of Government Rules and Regulations.
• Working on computer with a speed of not less than 8000 key depression per hour.
• Working knowledge of Hindi and English.
• Age Limit: 27 Years

Stenographer

• Senior Secondary from a recognized Board.
• Certificate/Diploma in Secretarial Practice from a recognized institution.
• Speed in shorthand in English/Hindi @80 w.p.m. with computer speed of 8000 key depressions per hour.

Junior Officer

• Senior Secondary from a recognized Board.
