CANDIDATES ELIGIBILITY DETAILS

• Stenographer Grade-II:
  • Candidates should have passed 12th Class or equivalent from the recognized University/Board.
  • Skill Test Norms:
  • Dictation : 10 minutes @ 80 words per minute
  • Transcription: 50 minutes (English), 65 minutes (Hindi) (On Computer)
• Lower Division Clerk:
  • Candidates should have passed 12th Class or equivalent from the recognized University/Board.
  • Typing Test: English typing @35 wpm or Hindi typing @30 wpm on computer.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
• Messenger:
  • Candidates should have Matriculation (10th Class) pass or equivalent from recognized Board.
  • Proficiency in driving a pedal cycle for 200 meters.
    
  • Ability to read and write with average physical condition and aptitude for the job of messenger.
• Safaiwala:
  • Candidates should have Matriculation (10th Class) pass or equivalent from recognized Board.
  • Proficiency in housekeeping relevant to the organization where individual is getting recruited.
    
  • Knowledge on hygiene and awareness of cleaning material.

7. Photocopy of Discharge Certificate of Ex-Serviceman.
8. One self addressed registered envelope with Rs. 25/- postage stamps.
9. Three additional passport size photographs.
10. Domicile certificate (for residents of Jammu Union Territory, Kashmir UT and Laddakh Union Territory availing age relaxation, as applicable).
11. All candidates are required to enclose the copies of the relevant educational/qualification certificate with the application.
