CSBO (Civilian Switch Board Operator) Grade-II

• Matric or equivalent from recognized Board.
• Proficiency in handling Private Board Exchange (PBX) board (Experience Certificate).

Cook

• Should have passed Matriculation or equivalent examination.
• Must have knowledge of Indian Cooking and proficiency in trade.

Safaiwala

• Should have passed Matriculation or equivalent from recognized Board.

Messenger

Washerman

Candidates should submit their application form along with self-attested copies of necessary documents at the following address before or on the last date of application through Indian Postal Service or By Hand only. Application received after the last date (10 December 2023) or applications incomplete in any respect will not be considered.

Required Documents to be Attached with the Application Form

Self-attested copies of the following certificates should be sent along with the application. Original certificates should not be sent with the application.

• Educational and Professional qualification certificates.
• Copy of Birth Certificate or Class 10th Certificate.
• Copy Aadhaar Card/ Other Identity Proof.
• Copy of Experience Certificate, if required.
• Caste Certificate, if candidate belong to reserved category.
• Character Certificate issued by the Sarpanch/ Gazetted Officer.
• Residential Certificate duly signed by the ADM/ DM or Tehsildar.
• No Objection Certificate in case of Govt servants.
• A Self-addressed registered envelope 12 x 24 cms duly affixed postage stamp of Rs 17/- on each envelope must be enclosed with the application. (Two for CSBO Grade-II)
• Attach other necessary documents with the application form.

General Conditions & Instructions

Candidates must clearly subscribe the word, “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ____ CATEGORY____” on the top of the envelope while sending the Mumbai Customs Canteen Staff application form.

• Application must be on plain paper as per enclosed format. It may be typed or neatly handwritten.
• One recent passport size photograph (not more than three months old) is to be pasted on the space earmarked in the application duly Self attested.
• Two additional photographs duly self-attested (on front side) are to be pasted on admit card office copy and candidates copy.
• The application can be filled by the candidates either in English or Hindi.
• Fill all the columns of the application yourself, In plain and Capital letters.
• No cutting or over harvesting in the HQ Central Command Lucknow application form.
