Central Bank of India Apprentice Selection Process |
Central Bank of India, one of the oldest and largest public sector banks in India, offers opportunities for young graduates to join as apprentices. The Central Bank of India Apprentice Program is designed to provide practical exposure and training to young graduates in the banking sector.
The selection process for the Central Bank of India Apprentice Program is a multi-stage process. The following are the stages involved in the selection process:
- Online Written Exam
- Personal Interview
- Document Verification
- Medical Test
Online Test: The candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be called for an online test. The online test will be conducted in;
- Quantitative, General English, & Reasoning Aptitude and Computer Knowledge
- Basic Retail Liability Products
- Basic Retail Asset Products
- Basic Investment Products
- Basic Insurance Products
Interview: The candidates who qualify in the online test will be called for a personal interview. The personal interview is conducted to assess the candidate’s communication skills, knowledge of the banking sector, and other relevant factors.
Document Verification: After the personal interview, the candidate’s documents will be verified. The documents that need to be submitted include educational certificates, identity proof, age proof, and other relevant documents.
Medical Examination: The final stage of the selection process is a medical examination. The candidate needs to be medically fit to be eligible for the Central Bank of India Apprentice Program.
The final selection of candidates for the Central Bank of India Apprentice Program is based on the performance in the online test and personal interview, subject to medical fitness. The selected candidates will be provided with training for a period of one year. During the training period, the candidates will be paid a stipend as per the norms of the Central Bank of India.
