The selection process is simple and fully based on performance in the Computer Based Test. There is no interview stage.

1. Computer Based Test (CBT)

• Selection is done only through a Computer Based Online Test
• Admit card will be released on the candidate login portal
• Test date and exam details will be mentioned in the admit card

2. Exam Pattern

• Total duration: 3 hours in one sitting
• Two papers will be conducted:

Paper I

• General Knowledge
• Reasoning
• Numerical Ability
• General English

Paper II

• Professional Knowledge related to the discipline
• Each paper carries 100 marks
• Total questions: 100 MCQs in each paper
• 1 mark for each correct answer
• No negative marking
• No marks for unanswered questions
• Question paper will be in Hindi and English

3. Merit List

• Final merit list will be prepared only on CBT marks
• Candidates will be shortlisted based on cut off marks
• Selection panel will be prepared category wise

4. Document Verification

• Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification
• Selection is provisional until verification is completed
• Candidature will be cancelled if:
  • Incorrect information is found
  • Fake documents are submitted
  • Eligibility criteria is not fulfilled

5. Test Cities

• Candidates can choose 3 test cities while applying
• Change of test city is not allowed after submission
• Exam authority may allot a different city if required
• Test cities may be added or removed based on applications

6. Final Selection

• Candidates who qualify CBT and document verification will be empaneled
• Vacant posts due to non joining will be filled from waiting list based on merit
• Final decision of selection authority will be binding
