Washerman Qualification

• Candidates should have passed Matriculation/ 10th class or equivalent from recognized Board.
• Must be able to the wash Military / Civilian Clothes thoroughly well.

Health Inspector Qualification

• Candidates should have passed Matriculation/ 10th class or equivalent from recognized Board.
• Sanitary Inspector Course Certificate from a recognized Institute.

Central Command Lucknow Written Exam

The question papers of Written Test will be bilingual i.e. English & Hindi. However, the questions on the portion of English Language subject will be in English only. The question/ exam syllabus will be of 10th standard for the post of (Washerman & Heath Inspector). There may be negative marking also.

Required Documents to be Attached with the Application Form

Copies of the following certificates should be sent along with the application. Original certificates should not be sent with the application.

1. Educational and professional qualification certificates.
2. Birth certificate (Matriculation Certificate).
3. Caste Certificate, if you belong to reserved category.
4. Residence/ Domicile Certificate.
5. Character Certificate issued by the Sarpanch/Gazetted Officer.
6. Experience Certificate. If any relevant to post.
7. Copy of Aadhar Card.
8. Discharge Certificate where applicable (for Ex-serviceman)
9. Two latest passport size photographs.
10. Self addressed envelope.
11. Attach other necessary documents with the application form.

General Conditions & Instructions

• The candidates must clearly superscribe “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF___ CATEGORY_____” on the top of the envelope in Capital letters. The reserved category candidate should clearly write their reserved category on the left hand corner of the envelope, for which he/she is applying ie SC/ST/OBC EWS/ESM/ PWD.
• Fill all the columns of the application yourself, In plain and Capital letters.
• The application can be filled by the candidates either in English or Hindi.
• No cutting or over harvesting in the application.
• Incomplete, incorrect, wrongly filled, over writing, without signature, without photograph application will be rejected.
• Every applicant must apply separately for each post.
• This office shall not be responsible for any kind of postal delay.
• Unit will not be responsible for any injury which may occur during the written/physical/Trade test.
• No boarding or lodging/expenses on travelling for any post will be provided. Candidates must make their own arrangements
• Dates of examinations will be intimated to the eligible candidates at a later date.
