Karnal Court Age Limit |
Date of Birth filled by the candidate in the Karnal Court online application form and the same recorded in the Matriculation/ Higher Examination Certificate will be accepted by the District & Sessions Court, Karnal (Haryana) for determining the age and no subsequent request for change will be considered or granted. The age limit for Karnal Court is;

📝 Selection Process for Clerk (Adhoc) – District Court Karnal 2025
📌 1. Written Examination
The first stage of selection is a written exam consisting of two subjects:

Important Notes:
- To qualify, a candidate must:
- Score 33% in each subject (GK and English)
- And a minimum of 40% aggregate marks
- Descriptive part includes: Essay, Letter, Precis, and Translation writing
🖥️ 2. Computer Proficiency Test (CPT)
(Only for candidates who qualify the written exam)
This test is qualifying in nature and does not carry marks in the final merit. It has two parts:
Part I: Spreadsheet Test
- Duration: 10 minutes
- Marks: 10
- Qualifying Score: Minimum 4 out of 10 (i.e. 40%)
Part II: Typing Test
- Language: English
- Required Speed: 30 WPM
📌 Candidates must qualify both parts to be eligible for final selection.
✅ 3. Final Merit List
- Will be prepared only for candidates who:
- Clear the written exam
- Successfully pass the Computer Proficiency Test
- Final selection is based solely on marks obtained in the written exam
- No interview or viva-voce will be conducted

⚠️ Important Instructions
- Application deadline: 31.07.2025, up to 5:00 PM
- No TA/DA will be given for any stage of exam
- Applications must be sent by post, courier, or by hand
- Email applications are not accepted
- Final result will be displayed only on the website

Candidates should submit their application form along with self-attested copies of necessary documents at the following address before or on the last date of application through offline mode only (By Hand/ By Registered Post Only). Application received after the last date (31 July 2025) or applications incomplete in any respect will not be considered.

- Copy of Experience Certificate. (if required)
- A Attested Passport Size Photograph.
- Attach other necessary documents with the application form.
General Conditions & Instructions |
Candidates must clearly subscribe the word, “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF CLERK ON ADHOC BASIS CATEGORY____” on the top of the envelope while sending the Karnal District Court application form.
- Fill all the columns of the application yourself, In plain and Capital letters.
- No cutting or over harvesting in the Karnal Court application form.
- Incomplete, incorrect, wrongly filled, over writing, without signature, without photograph Karnal Court application will be rejected.
- This District & Sessions Court, Karnal (Haryana) office shall not be responsible for any kind of postal delay.
