Application Fee

After ensuring the correctness of the details in the UP NHM Recruitment 2022 application form, candidates are required to pay the UP NHM Staff Nurse, ANM, Pharmacist, Lab Technician application fee through the payment gateway on the National Health Mission, Uttar Pradesh (UP NHM) website integrated with the online application. Online fee payment through Net Banking or debit / credit card will be available upto 12 December 2022 at 23.59 hrs.

Age Limit

Date of Birth filled by the candidate in the UP NHM Staff Nurse, ANM, Pharmacist, Lab Technician online application form and the same recorded in the Matriculation/ Higher Examination Certificate will be accepted by the Commission/ Department for determining the age and no subsequent request for change will be considered or granted.

UP NHM Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

Staff Nurse

• Must Have B.SC Nursing OR GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery) with Registration in Uttar Pradesh Nursing Council.

ANM

• Must Have Diploma in ANM (Auxiliary Nursing And Midwife) with Registration in Nursing Council

Pharmacist Allopathic

• Candidates Should Have Passed Class 12th with Degree / Diploma in Pharmacy with Registration in Pharmacy Council.

Lab Technician

• Should Have 10+2 Science Stream from Recognized Board with Diploma in Laboratory Technology OR Degree in MLT with Registration in Council.

UP NHM Recruitment Selection Process

Before applying, candidates should ensure that they fulfill the eligibility criteria. Admission to UP NHM Computer based Test will be purely provisional. Candidature will be subject to verification of details/documents when the candidate reports for UP NHM various post document verification, if shortlisted.

At the time of document verification process, Candidate has to produce only those documents which have been uploaded by him/her during online submission of UP NHM Staff Nurse, ANM, Pharmacist, Lab Technician application.

Computer Based Test (CBT)

Duration: The Computer based Test will be held for duration of 2 hours (in one sitting) consisting of two sections of total 100 marks.

• Section-I (80 Marks) will consist of Professional Knowledge (Discipline/Domain related).
• Section-II (20 Marks) will consist of General Aptitude, Reasoning, General Awareness and Basic Computer knowledge with 100 MCQ.

Negative Marking: Each question will carry 1 mark and there is NO NEGATIVE marking for wrong answer. No marks will be awarded for un-attempted questions.

The UP NHM question paper shall be set in bilingual language i.e. English and Hindi only. However, in case of any inconsistency in Hindi version, the English version of the question shall be valid & final.

How to Apply for UP NHM Recruitment 2022

UP NHM Recruitment 2022 On-line Registration and Submission process will be terminated by 12 December at 23.59 hrs. Candidature of such applicants who fail to complete online submission of UP NHM Staff Nurse, ANM, Pharmacist, Lab Technician application form by stipulated date and time will not be considered and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
