Application Fees

After ensuring the correctness of the details in the JNU Recruitment 2023 application form, candidates are required to pay the Non-Teaching application fee through the payment gateway on the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) website integrated with the online application. Online fee payment through Net Banking or debit / credit card will be available upto 17 March 2023 at 23.59 hrs.

Date of Birth filled by the candidate in the JNU Non Teaching online application form and the same recorded in the Matriculation or equivalent/ Birth certificate will be accepted by the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) for determining the age and no subsequent request for change will be considered or granted. JNU Non Teaching Eligibility Criteria

Assistant

• Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized Institute/ University.
• 02 year experience as Junior Assistant/Lower Division Clerk/ Equivalent posts.
• Typing Speed: 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi.
• Proficiency in Computer Operations.

MTS (Office Attendant)

• Candidates should have 10th Pass from a recognized Board.

Junior Assistant

• Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized Institute/ University.
• Typing Speed: 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi.
• Proficiency in Computer Operations.

Deputy Registrar

• Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent and Five years experience.

Assistant Registrar

• Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade.

Public Relation Officer

• Master’s Degree with at least 55% of marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC 7 point scale in Journalism and Mass Communication.
• At least five years experience.

Section Officer

Curator

• Master’s Degree in Science with 55% marks or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering /Technology/Ph.D in Science /Engineering with 60% marks.

Assistant Librarian

• Master’s degree in Library Science, Information Science / Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree with at least 55% of marks.

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering and three years’ experience in relevant field.

Works Assistant (Engineering Service-Wireman, Wireman (Telephone), Carpenter, Mason)

• ITI Diploma with minimum of 2 years duration in the relevant trade.

Engineering Attendant [Khalasi (Civil/ Electrical)]

• ITI Diploma with minimum of 2 years duration in the wiremen/electrician trade. OR 10th pass and having valid lift operator license.

Senior System Analyst

• B.E. /B.Tech.(Computer Science & Engineering) with at least 55% of marks and 9 years of experience of extensive programming and System Management OR
• M.Sc. (Computer Science)/MCA/M.Tech. (Computer Science & Engineering) with 55% of marks and 8 years’ experience of extensive programming and system management.

System Analyst

• B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering/Electronics Engineering. And 05 years programming experience. OR
• M.E./M.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering/Electronics Engineering/M.Sc. Computer Science/MCA. And 03 years’ programming experience.

• 12th with Science with at least 50% marks OR 12th with at least 50% marks and ITI Course of one year. OR
• Diploma in Engineering of three years duration in relevant field.

Junior Operator

• Graduation in any discipline with at least 50% of marks with one year or diploma course in any field related to Computer Science or Electronics.
• 05 years experience in Computer related activity.

Statistical Assistant

• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics or Mathematics with Statistics or Economics with Statistics or Commerce with Statistics as one of the subjects.

Technician ‘A’ USIC

• 10th with ITI certificate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering etc.
• 3 years experience in the relevant field.

Assistant Manager (Guest House)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or allied field with five years relevant experience in a three star Hotel. OR
• Diploma in Hotel Management or allied field with seven years relevant experience in a three star Hotel.

Cartographic Assistant

• Bachelor’s Degree in Geography/ Geology with 50% marks.
• Experience/ Training in Remote Sensing, Digital Mapping & GPS.

Laboratory Assistant

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of working and maintenance experience of sophisticated scientific Instruments in the Laboratory.

Laboratory Attendant

• 10+2 with Science stream OR 10th Pass with Science as one of the subjects and skill certificate programme in Laboratory Technology.

Staff Nurse

• B.Sc. (Hons.) in Nursing / B.Sc. Nursing /  Post Basic B.Sc Nursing.
• Registered as a Nurse or Nurse and Mid-wife (RN or RN & RM) with State Nursing Council. OR
• Diploma in General Nursing Mid-wifery.
• Registered as a Nurse or Nurse and Mid-wife (RN or RN& RM) with State Nursing Council.
• One year’s experience in minimum 50 bedded hospitals.

Sports Assistant

• Bachelor of Physical Education (B. P. Ed) from any institute recognized by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).
