Applicants should also submit a Bank Draft of Rs 50/- (non refundable) for the applicants under Group-C ie for serial No 1 to 6 under Head-0070/01/OAS payable in favour of District & Session Judge, South Sikkim at Namchi.

Stenographer Grade-III

  • Bachelors Degree from a recognized University and Certificate of Diploma in Computer, and shorthand certificate.

Junior Accountant

  • Bachelors Degree in commerce from a recognized University and Certificate of Diploma in Computer.

Junior Librarian 

  • Bachelors Degree from a recognized University and Certificate of Diploma in Computer.

LDA

  • Bachelors Degree from a recognized University and Certificate of Diploma in Computer.

Dispatcher

Record Keeper

  • Candidates should reach their application form along with self-attested copies of necessary documents at the following address before or on the last date of application through offline mode (By Post/ Hand).

Documents to be Attached with the Application

Copies of the following certificates should be sent along with the application. Original certificates should not be sent with the application.

  1. Educational and professional qualification certificates.
  2. Birth certificate (Matriculation Certificate).
  3. Caste Certificate, if you belong to reserved category.
  4. Copy of Experience Certificate. if any relevant to post.

General Conditions And Instructions

  • The envelope must be clearly super-scribed on the top as “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF_____CATEGORY_____.
  • Fill all the columns of the application yourself, In plain and Capital letters.
  • No cutting or over harvesting in the application.
  • Candidates should not submit multiple applications for the same post.
  • Separate applications for more than one post are to be filed by the candidates
  • Incomplete, incorrect, wrongly filled, over writing, without signature, without photograph application will be rejected.
