Application Fee

After ensuring the correctness of the details in the NDA Group C Civilian Recruitment 2023 application form, candidates are required to pay the NDA Group C application fee through the payment gateway on the National Defence Academy (NDA Pune) website integrated with the online application. NDA Group C Age Limit

Date of Birth filled by the candidate in the NDA Group C Civilian Recruitment 2023 online application form and the same recorded in the Matriculation/ Higher Examination Certificate will be accepted by the National Defence Academy (NDA Pune) for determining the age and no subsequent request for change will be considered or granted.

NDA Group C Eligibility Criteria

Lower Division Clerk (LDC)

• Candidates should have 12th Class pass from any recognized Board /University.
• Typing: 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi on computer.
• Age Limit: 27 Years

Painter

• Candidates should have 12th Class pass and Two years experience. OR
• ITI Certificate as Painter and Two years experience.
• Age Limit: 25 Years

Draughtsman

• 12th Class pass or Equitant and Diploma in Draughtsman-ship of a minimum duration of two years. OR
• ITI Certificate as Draughtsman-ship and Two years experience.
• Age Limit: 27 Years

Civilian Motor Driver (OG)

• Candidates should have Class 12th pass from any recognized Board /University.
• Possess the civilian driving license for heavy vehicles.
• Two years experience in driving heavy vehicles.
• Age Limit: 27 Years

Compositor-Cum Printer

• Candidates should have 12th Class pass from any recognized Board /University.
• Two years experience in the trade.

• Certificate of minimum 6 months duration in use and maintenance of first aid, fire fighting appliances and Tailor fire pumps.

Fireman Physical Fitness

• Height– 165 cms, Chest– 81.5-85 cms, Weight– Minimum 50 Kg.
• Carrying a man– Fireman lift 63.5 Kg to a distance of 183 Meters within 96 seconds.
• Long Jump– Clearing 2.7 Meters wide ditch landing on both feet.
• Climbing– 3 meters vertical rope using hands & feet

Technical Attendant- Baker & Confectioner

• ITI Certificate in Baker and Confectioner from a recognized Institute. OR
• Matriculation pass or equivalent examination and At least one year experience of working as Baker and Confectioner.
• Age Limit: 25 Years

Technical Attendant – Cycle Repairer

• ITI Certificate in Cycle Repairer from a recognized Institute. OR
• Matriculation pass or equivalent examination and At least one year experience of working as Cycle Repairer.

NDA Group C Selection Process

Short-listed candidates will be intimated later on by email/ SMS on registered mobile number for reporting for selection tests. The candidates must bring print out of their NDA group c online application form duly photo pasted along with all the essential original documents and valid Photo ID ( i.e. Aadhaar Card and if not held, PAN Card, Passport, Driving Licence, Voter Card etc.) which has been uploaded at the time of submission of online application.

Candidates are advised to keep their mobile number and valid e-mail mentioned in online Application Form active during the entire NDA group c recruitment process as important messages will be sent by email/ SMS, which will be deemed to have been read by the candidates.

Documents to be brought for verification by Short Listed Candidates at the time of reporting to Academy for the NDA group c selection procedure.

2. 10th Passing Certificate.
3. Original Certificates of Educational Qualifications.
4. Self-attested two photocopies pertaining to minimum educational qualifications required for the posts ie. ITI / 10th / 12th / Graduation as the case may be.
5. Certificates/ documents pertaining to Date of Birth (DOB) and Experience.
6. Valid photo identity proof ( i.e. Aadhaar Card and if not held, PAN Card, Voter Card, Passport, Driving Licence etc.).
7. Certificates/ documents in support of claim of SC/ ST/ OBC/ EWS/ PwBD/ ESM.
8. Two recent coloured photographs (size 4.5 x 3.5 Cms).

Candidature of such applicants who fail to complete online submission of NDA Group C application form by stipulated date and time will not be considered and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
